Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Please allow us 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know it's on the way- if you're needing it extra fast, please contact us at hello@easystreetandroller.com.au and we will do our best to help you.

Please remember we are two people who are doing our best, and despite our best efforts to train them, our dogs have not yet mastered the nuances of deliveries and shipping (although they show great and loud interest in delivery drivers and couriers of any kind).

Local Pick Up:

Please contact us to arrange local pick-up. An email will be sent to you to confirm arrangements. 

Flat Rate Shipping:

We opt to use domestic express post at a flat rate of $15 on all orders to minimise waiting times.

To minimise costs for you, we ship skates unboxed but securely and safely packaged. If you would like the box, please contact us at hello@easystreetandroller.com.au.

The cost of stick delivery is greater due to the dimension restrictions from general postal carriers. Please understand that this is beyond our control and we do everything in our power to keep costs down for you. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@easystreetandroller.com.au with your order number and photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
